The Catering Council for Multi-Unit Restaurant Operators (‘CCMURO’) was conceived to share, guide and advocate for the issues and interests concerning off-premise restaurant sales. This includes restaurant catering, takeout and delivery.
Members of the CCMURO include executives from more than a dozen leading restaurant chains from across the U.S., who will advocate at the national level on how the industry’s priority issues affect multi-unit restaurant operators. Additionally, the CCMURO will develop standardized processes and procedures designed to help the industry better navigate the challenges faced by operators when it comes to building an off-premise business.
