Get Ready: 2017 Restaurant Takeout-Delivery-Catering Symposium

The 2017 Restaurant Takeout, Delivery, Catering  Symposium will focus on solving off-premise challenges for restaurant operators in terms of leadership, centralized services, sales & marketing, operations and delivery. Symposium attendees will experience interactive sessions featuring a roster of high-level catering executives who will take a deep dive into the complexity of off-premise. Sessions include:

  • The Art of Catering—Building a Professional Sales & Service Team
  • The Future of Off-Premise—Deep Automation through Business Logic & Data Flow

An opening keynote will be delivered by MonkeyMedia Software and The Catering Institute founder Erle Dardick, who will discuss current off-premise market conditions, trends and size, and projections for off-premise sales growth and its impact on foodservice operators.
